Rest assured, your medical conditions will be taken care of in a professional, safe, and compassionate manner.

Walk-In

The HealthOne Walk-In Clinic is a dependable healthcare option for individuals who need medical support but do not have a family doctor. At our walk-in clinic, you can consult with a healthcare professional in person without needing a pre-scheduled appointment. We recommend checking the estimated wait time provided above before your arrival.

You’ll have the opportunity to receive guidance, evaluation, and/or care for minor conditions, including illnesses, injuries, infections, sprains, skin concerns, urgent care assessments and treatments, eye care, laboratory services, minor sutures and stitches, and referrals to specialized medical professionals or diagnostic tests, such as ultrasounds, mammograms, x-rays, and bone density scans.

It’s essential to present your Health Card during each walk-in visit. In the event that you do not have a Health Card, our team will assist you with registering for one.

Additionally, we accept UHIP, MORE Care and CIGNA TT Care Cards, allowing for direct billing to your healthcare provider.

Appointments are generally not required; nevertheless, we highly encourage online bookings for your convenience.

Travel Medicine

HealthOne is your dependable partner for planning a trip overseas. We have a team of proficient medical experts who specialize in travel health and medicine.

Here is how the process works:

Family Doctor

If you’re on the lookout for a family doctor open to new patients in Toronto, HealthOne is here to help.

We’re please to have both female and male family doctors at our clinic who are dedicated to delivering comprehensive patient care. They have received extensive training in family medicine, ensuring they are well-prepared to address a wide range of healthcare needs.

When you choose a family doctor in Toronto, you will establish an ongoing relationship with this primary healthcare provider. They will serve as your main point of contact for non-emergency health concerns throughout your life.

If you have a common health issue, your family doctor will be able to diagnose, treat, and guide you on the appropriate steps for your care plan. They also conduct routine and preventative health check-ups including general and physical health screenings. Moreover, they assist in managing chronic conditions and can prescribe any necessary medications.

Seeing a family doctor allows you to have a comprehensive healthcare experience. They’re able to refer you to medical specialists when needing, which means your treatment plan will be well-coordinated and overseen by a dedicated team of healthcare experts.

Please note that we are not currently accepting new patients for family doctors. However, our family doctors are available for walk-in appointments when scheduled.

We customize your health visit based on your specific requirements and consider factors such as your age, gender, unique risk factors, and medical history. Through comprehensive physical examinations, health screenings, and relevant counselling, our healthcare practitioners ensure that your well-being is being thoroughly supported.

For patients who either have a chronic illness or are diagnosed with one during a health visit, these periodic health appointments will remain an essential component of your approach to treatment and care.

COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Screening Test (TRAg) and Other Services

We take pride in being your healthcare provider during these uncertain times. HealthOne is unwavering in its dedication to delivering exceptional healthcare. Our pharmacy, located in downtown Toronto, now offers Asymptomatic Rapid Antigen Screening Tests for COVID-19.

The Rapid Antigen Screening is a diganostic tool capable of detecting specific antigens within your body. These antigens are proteins that can be located on a virus, potentially indicating an active COVID-19 infection. To confirm your COVID-19 diagnosis, it is imperative to undergo a COVID-19 polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test. It is important to note that Rapid Antigen Screening should not be seen as a substiute for essential public health measures such as symptom screening, maintaining adequate physical distancing, mask-wearing, and practicing thorough hand hygiene. For further information, we recommend consulting a medical professional.
