Jasmine is a registered psychotherapist who provides culturally sensitive therapy for adults experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, occupational stress, trauma, relationship and interpersonal issues, and autism. Her aim is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to open up about their feelings, identify thinking patterns, and achieve their goals compassionately. Jasmine integrates evidence-based practices and interventions in her work including CBT, ABA, ACT, and DBT.
Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys working out, playing violin and piano, and going out to eat. She also has a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and worked as a Taekwondo Instructor for a couple of years!
