She completed her Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition and Food at Ryerson University and graduated with a certification in Food Security. Lisa’s areas of focus include chronic disease prevention and management, prenatal & infant nutrition and women’s health. She offers meal planning support for busy families and provides practical recommendations that fit into your lifestyle.
