Olivia is a Frame Consultant who cares deeply about providing patients with an outstanding experience. Leveraging her experience as a medical assistant and frame and lens specialist, she advises patients on their care needs and guides them through the lens and frame selection process. Olivia also has experience with Lipiflow treatments including aftercare and follow-up. She treats each individual as a priority and always personalizes her approach based on their unique needs. Before working in the eye care field, Olivia obtained a Bachelor of Health Science degree with a Public Health Specialization from Ontario Tech University.
