Christine is skilled in a variety of techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point release, and joint mobilization. In her work experience, she has helped patients recover from symptoms such as shoulder pain, back pain, headaches, and constipation.

Dr. Khun-Khun graduated in 2013 with an MD from the Medical University of the Amercas in Nevis. She then moved on to train with the University of Oklahoma, Tulsa in family medicine from 2015-2018. Dr. Khun-Khun was driven to medicine not only because of her academic interest, but its’ ability to allow her to connect with diverse populations and have a positive impact on people and communities. Her passion for family medicine lies in preventative care and its ability to help individuals reach their specific health goals. In her work, Dr. Khun-Khun believes in setting personal goals for health and identifying what type of lifestyle is comfortable and sustainable for each individual. Jennifer is a Registered Massage Therapist and Osteopath who provides therapeutic hands-on treatment. She specifically enjoys treating commonly tense areas such as the neck, shoulders, and upper back and is skilled at helping patients who are experiencing joint limitation and dysfunction. Jennifer is also experienced in treating patients with sciatic and chronic pain, TMJ disorders, as well as pre and post-natal. As an experienced RMT and Osteopath, Jennifer has worked in health clinics in Toronto where she provided hands-on treatment and created personalized treatment plans for patients. She obtained her RMT license after graduating from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy. In addition to her clinical experience during her time in college, she is passionate about treating individual conditions and believes massage therapy is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle. Her experience includes treating individuals with chronic neck and back pain, tension headaches, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis and stress related conditions. With experience working with weekend warriors, prenatal mothers, and general clients, Leslie focuses on hip and lower back pain, offering techniques like deep tissue massage, sports massage, and myofascial release. Leslie is passionate about working with athletes to enhance performance, speed recovery, and prevent injuries, empowering clients to achieve and maintain peak physical condition. She also provides prenatal massage using Swedish techniques for relaxation and comfort, helping mothers-to-be alleviate discomfort and promote well-being.

Minoo began her career with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and practiced for more than 20 years in the profession. She recently turned her focus to Massage Therapy, graduating from Kikkawa College in 2014. Since then, Minoo has been working in different environments and areas of massage therapy from sports medicine rehabilitation clinics to luxury spas. This experience has translated into her work providing her a combination of techniques in both the therapeutic and relaxation realms.
Minoo is a great believer in postural, ergonomic, and exercise education and imparts this knowledge to her clients as part of her on-going care.
