Rachel is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their personal health, fitness, and wellness goals by optimizing their nutrition. As a nutrition expert and athlete, she is passionate about eating well, living an active lifestyle, and empowering others to discover a way of eating and moving that enables them to feel their best. She completed her graduate training through the Master’s of Public Health (MPH) Program in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Toronto and previously completed her Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Nutrition at Ryerson University.
Rather than cookie-cutter recommendations, Rachel’s approach is centered around personalized nutrition and developing long-term gains through sustainable strategies. Her main areas of passion and expertise include performance nutrition, gut health and digestive wellness, and intuitive eating.
When she’s not in the clinic, she’s training hard for her next Brazilian Jiu-jitsu competition!
