Mohammad Ansarian, MD, FRACP, aspired to pursue a career as a doctor for as long as he can remember. After obtaining his MD at the National University of Iran, he completed a 6-year pediatrics training program primarily based in Dunedin, New Zealand. After this, he worked in New Zealand for 20 years before moving to Edmonton and joining the faculty of the University of Alberta, where he worked for another 12 years. Mohammad has always been passionate about his job, and particularly enjoys working with children. He is passionate about providing them with excellent quality care so they can live long and healthy lives.
Outside of work, Mohammad lives with his wife in Etobicoke and enjoys hiking, socializing, travelling, and filming his travels.
