HealthOne Booking System Upgrade

We’re upgrading our digital booking system for Rehab, Wellness, Mental Health, and Skin Clinic services to make your experience smoother and more connected.

Here’s everything you need to know:

What’s changing?

We’re moving to a unified booking system for select departments. You’ll now use one login to book and manage appointments for: Rehab, Wellness, Mental Health, Skin Clinic

This means one username, one password, and all your records in one secure place, no matter which HealthOne location you visit.

What do I need to do?

Starting September 2025 onward, you will receive a welcome email with a link to create your new account. Once you’ve set it up, your old accounts will be disabled.

Will I still need separate logins for other services?

Yes. This upgrade only applies to Rehab, Wellness, Mental Health, and Skin Clinic. You’ll continue using separate logins for: Medical, Optometry, Dental.

Will my information transfer to the new system?

Yes—your charts, care plans, and appointment history will be securely transferred.

However, for security reasons, credit card details and consent forms will not transfer. You’ll be asked to re-enter these when setting up your new account.

Will online booking be available during the upgrade?

There may be brief downtime in early September 2025. If online booking isn’t available, just give us a call—we’ll help you book your appointment.

Is my health information safe?

Absolutely. Our systems are encrypted, professionally supported, and fully compliant with Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA.

Can I still call to book appointments instead of using the online system?

Yes! You can always call your HealthOne clinic directly to book appointments. The online system is there for your convenience, but phone booking is still available.

Will I lose access to my past appointment history?

No. Your appointment history, care plans, and charts from your previous accounts will be securely transferred to your new profile.

For your privacy and security, this sensitive information is encrypted and cannot be transferred between systems. You’ll be asked to re-submit it when you set up your new account.
