Tina Haghlighi

Tina is a Physiotherapist and Pedorthist with an evidence-based approach to care. She focuses on musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pain, specializing in orthotics and biomechanical gait assessments to help improve mobility. Tina also incorporates rehabilitative Pilates to enhance strength and flexibility, particularly for patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions. Her experience includes working with athletes, older adults, and multidisciplinary teams, allowing her to adapt her treatment approaches to a wide range of patients. She offers both in-person and virtual care, ensuring personalized treatment plans tailored to patient needs. Tina achieved a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from York University in 2018, a Master’s in Physiotherapy from the University of Brighton in 2021, and a Diploma in Pedorthics from Western University in 2022. She is also trained in acupuncture and dry needling, providing additional tools for pain management and mobility improvement.
