Trevor is a registered physiotherapist with a focus on musculoskeletal rehabilitation. He provides evidence-based care rooted in movement optimization, pain reduction, and functional recovery. Trevor begins with a thorough assessment to identify the root causes of pain or movement dysfunction, then develops individualized treatment plans that combine targeted exercise, manual therapy, appropriate modalities, and patient education. He believes in exercise as medicine and takes an active approach to rehabilitation, empowering patients to take an engaged role in their recovery. Trevor works with individuals managing acute injuries and chronic conditions, with particular interest in supporting those limited by persistent pain. His treatment philosophy emphasizes progressive loading, realistic goal-setting, and practical strategies patients can integrate into daily life to support long-term strength and mobility.
