Audrey Cullis is a registered physical therapist with a special focus on post-surgical recovery. Audrey works with patients managing activity-related injuries and complex musculoskeletal concerns, with special interests in pelvic health, core stability, and lower-body mechanics. She creates individualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercise, Pilates-informed physiotherapy, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, shockwave therapy, and electrotherapy when appropriate. Audrey supports prenatal and postnatal care, including C-section preparation and recovery, and offers pelvic floor physiotherapy with internal assessment when indicated. Her approach emphasizes functional movement, dynamic core strengthening, and realistic strategies patients can carry into daily life. She also provides infant physiotherapy, offering motor milestone and head shape assessment through gentle, evidence-based care that supports early development.
Audrey Cullis holds a Bachelor of Medical Sciences with an Honours Specialization in Physiology from The University of Western Ontario and a Master’s of Physical Therapy from The University of British Columbia.
