Miranda is a Registered Psychotherapist who supports clients on a path to meaningful growth. Her approach is integrative, nurturing, and insightful, rooted in a client-centered philosophy. Miranda draws from a range of evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy, among others. She values flexibility and collaboration, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and goals of every client.
With a holistic perspective, Miranda supports individuals in cultivating healthier, more fulfilling lives, mentally, emotionally, and relationally. She is trained to work with a wide variety of challenges but feels particularly drawn to supporting those navigating childhood trauma, addiction, life transitions, food and body-related issues, and relationship difficulties.
Miranda holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and is currently completing her Doctorate in Counselling and Psychotherapy as she continues to expand her clinical training. Miranda brings warmth, authenticity, and curiosity into her work, providing a safe, compassionate, and empowering space for self-discovery and growth.
