Dr. Sananjana(Amy) Ajay is a Family Physician with a focus on women’s health. She provides comprehensive family medicine and supports patients with a wide range of health concerns, including mental health. She takes a collaborative, patient-centred approach to care, working closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their medical, psychological, and social needs. By using a biopsychosocial approach, Dr. Ajay supports patients in achieving their health goals while considering the many factors that influence overall wellbeing.

Dr. Ajay believes in building strong, trusting relationships with her patients and empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare journey. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and confident in their care.

Dr. Ajay earned her Bachelor of Health Sciences and Doctor of Medicine from McMaster University before completing her Family Medicine Residency at the University of Toronto. She holds her MD and is certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP).
