Wan is a Registered Psychotherapist dedicated to assisting individuals, couples, and families in their mental health journeys. Drawing on her travels and studies across five countries, Wan values the opportunity to explore diverse knowledge, perspectives and cultural values. She embraces a multicultural and inclusive lens while working with clients and aims to create a serene, safe and supportive space for exploration and emotional well-being. In her therapy sessions, Wan integrates various approaches, including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychotherapy and can provide therapy in both English and Mandarin.
