Lee-Anne Crawford is a registered social worker with a bachelor’s degree in social work from Ryerson University and a master’s degree in social work from York University. She has extensive experience providing mental health services to a variety of individuals, couples, families, and groups. Currently, Lee-Anne works with those struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, post-trauma, relationship issues, and a variety of other life stressors. She utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) techniques to help individuals & couples address problematic areas in their lives.
