Carly is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Psychology from Western University. She works to create a compassionate, safe, and non-judgmental space for her clients to feel empowered to approach their life challenges. She is committed to helping her clients set goals for therapy and find their personal strengths that can help them reach these goals. Carly has experience working with individuals ages 18-60+ struggling with mental health, including anxiety, depression, life stressors, grief, relationship and familial issues, and self-esteem.
She believes that clients are the experts of their own experiences, and uses CBT, strength-based, and solution-focused approaches during sessions with clients.
