Welcome to the HealthOne recipe series! We will be bringing our patient partners seasonal and nutritious recipes to inspire healthy eating all year round.
Today’s recipe comes from our Health Advocate and Holistic Nutritionist, Emily Dawson.
This salad is perfect for summer.
It combines berries that are an amazing source of antioxidants with iron-rich spinach.
If you want to make this salad a little heartier, feel free to add quinoa or sweet potato.
