Jessica is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with a positive and holistic approach to patient care. Born and raised in France, she earned her diploma at the Institut Dauphine d’Ostéopathie (5 years full-time degree) in Paris. Prior to coming to Canada in 2019, she established her own practice for 4 years in Paris, while teaching anatomy and clinical practice to osteopathic students.
In her treatments, Jessica combines the use of joint mobilizations, myofascial release, cranial osteopathy, visceral techniques, and cupping therapy, to encourage the body’s natural healing abilities. She specializes in musculoskeletal injuries and TMJ (jaw) disorders and has extensive experience with osteopathic treatment, including postural related injuries, headaches, pregnancy and infancy care, digestive discomfort, stress-management, and other physical conditions.
Jessica has also been involved in the performing arts, an environment she is very passionate about. She has worked as an Osteopath for musical theatre shows and various singers, addressing artists’ specific needs.
She is an active member of the Canadian Society for Traditional Osteopathy (SO.CA.T.O). In 2020, Jessica won 1st place/Diamond status for Best Manual Osteopathic Practitioner in the Toronto Star Readers’ Choice Awards.
