Grace is an RMT who graduated from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in Toronto. She pursued a career as a Massage Therapist because she had a strong desire to help others and enhance their quality of life. Grace tailors her massage sessions to each client’s unique needs with the intention of promoting their health and overall wellness. She also pulls from her own experiences with various sports and office-related injuries to relate to her clients and create individualized treatment plans. In her work, Grace is skilled in a variety of different massage techniques which promote the body’s immunity response, improve healing and optimize physical performance. Examples of this include relaxation-focused massages as well as deep tissue therapy. Grace is committed to making sure each client receives the treatment required for their needs, and to getting them back on the path to feeling better.
In her spare time, Grace loves to cycle, play soccer, weight train, cook, and spend time with her family!
